Pizza Biscuit Cups
1 tube refrigerator biscuits (10 count)
½ pound ground beef
diced onion,
salt & pepper to taste
¾ cup Ragu spaghetti or pizza sauce
1 pkg. pepperoni or Canadian Bacon slices
shredded Cheddar cheese
shredded mozzarella cheese
(other favorite pizza toppings may be used)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In skillet, brown the ground beef with the dices onion & season with salt and pepper. Drain off drippings. Add Ragu sauce and heat through.
Spray a 10 count muffin tin with cooking spray. Separate and flatten each biscuit, and press into the bottom and up the sides of muffin tin. Spoon a tablespoon of ground beef mixture onto biscuit. Top with a Pepperoni or Canadian Bacon slice (or other favorite topping) Sprinkle with a mixture of cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 350 degree oven for 12-16 minutes or until cheese is melted nicelyh and edge of biscuit is just browned.
